Everything of high value demands a commitment. Just like if you were scheduled for a heart surgery, you would not be okay with a doctor who would tell you, that he might show up. As a follower of Jesus, there is no greater honor or duty than to worship God and so it demands a commitment. If you don’t commit to worship God, you will worship something else.
